When the world feels shaken and the air full of swirling thoughts and feelings, I offer a quiet place to let the snow settle — to rest, reflect, and begin to see yourself clearly again.
Sometimes life feels like being inside a snow globe — everything shaken up, feelings swirling so thickly it’s hard to see where you are.
My role as a counsellor is to sit with you while the snow settles — to help you notice what each flake carries: love, pain, memory — and to find a little stillness again.
After more than thirty years in retail, a major life change led me to follow a different path — supporting children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs, and later working as a counsellor and mental health coach.
I’ve also volunteered with Cruse Bereavement Support and Alzheimer’s UK, experiences that deepened my belief in our capacity to heal and rediscover light, even after loss.
How I Work
I’m a BACP-registered, person-centred therapist.
Our work together moves gently at your pace — exploring what soothes, what strengthens, and what helps you feel a little more like you again, as the snow begins to clear.
